Happy Release Day to Jane Redd. This book is a great read, one that had me turning pages at top speed until late at night!

Lake town is the second book in the Solstice series, and a action-packed sequel to the first read in this series.
Jez is safe in a Lake Town whilst Sol is captured by the Legislature being tortured to give up the plan of the Lake Town people. Although this book has less romance then the first book, the fast pace and the sespence more then makes up for that. Also this book gives us chapthers into Sol’s POV, adding a lot of depth and demension into the plot.
I would say this is a very good follow-up, but you need to read the first book in this series to keep up with this story. I was one of the lucky one’s that got to beta-read this book in the very first draft, way back in June of last year. It was great in the aspect that I didn’t have to wait as long for the continuation of the story, but now I am so ready for the next book.
